If you don’t have an orchid, get one.  Orchids are amazing and quite simple.  Here is an orchid that we received as a gift 2.5 years ago and it blooms over and over again.  Here is the secret. 

Place your orchid in a window and keep it there.  Mine is in my kitchen window that faces the North.  It works, but truly I think almost any window would be fine.  Give it one to two ice cubes once a week.  That is it.  Orchids don’t like to be soggy.  Here are a few pictures of our orchid.  It blooms over and over again.  We love Orchids.
